1. Prices • All of the products prices are Nett. Shipment charges to the place of delivery are excluded and will be charged separately. • Prices are subject to changed without prior notice.
2. Order • Order will be acknowledged within 24 hours. If you did not receive an acknowledgement, please resend the order or otherwise your order will not be processed.
• We reserved the right to delete the item if the ordered item is not available at the time of payment has been made and we will refund the amount paid in due course. In such, please ensure your contact details are provided accurately for us to contact you for account no.
• We will not entertain any order cancellation after payment is made.
3. Payment• We accept payment via cash deposit, cheque deposit, Internet banking and funds transfer directly to our account.
• Please do not and never send cash to us avoid lost in mailing.
• Please do not mail personal/company cheque to us. Please cheque deposit to our account no. as provided.
• Please allow 1-3 working days for the payment clearance to our account.
• If there is no payment prior delivery, order will be ignored
4. Delivery services• Do note that delivery charges are according to the place of delivery.
5. Exchange & Refund • Once goods sold are NOT exchangeable and refundable.
• Goods are inspected for good condition and zero defect before delivery. We shall not be held for responsibility for any damaged at the point of the goods are in transit and arrived at your good self.

7. Pre-order• If the items you purchase is not in stock, pre-order will be proceeded.
• Pre-order cut off is every Sunday, therefore your order will be processed only the next day which is Monday.
Example : if your order is submitted between Tuesday - Sunday, order will be processed on Monday and if your order is submitted on Monday it will be processed on the same day.
• The delivery time is between 7-14 days.
